How to Measure:

Step 1: Wrap a cable or string around your wrist, loosely bringing both ends together.

Step 2: Hold the connecting point and place the cable or string next to a ruler or tape measure to determine the correct length for your wrist.

1. Cut a small strip of paper.
2. Wrap it snugly around your finger.
3. Mark the point where the end of the strip meets.
4. Measure the length with a ruler.
5. Compare your measurement to our sizing picture below. The length of your paper strip is equivalent to the inner circumference depicted in the image.
